1. Agreement to Terms
By using TeamLogo.ai ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- • Must be 13+ years old
- • If under 18, need parent/guardian permission
- • Must have legal capacity to enter agreement
3. Account Registration
Your Responsibilities
- • Provide valid email and information
- • Maintain account security
- • Notify us of unauthorized access
- • Responsible for all account activity
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Input
You retain ownership of content you provide (team names, descriptions, uploaded images). You grant us a license to use your input to provide the Service.
4.2 Generated Logos (Output)
TeamLogo.ai owns all generated logos, including variations, remixes, and edits.
4.3 Your License
You receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use generated logos for your team/organization.
Permitted Uses:
- • Team branding and marketing
- • Commercial use and merchandise sales
- • Digital and physical applications

4.4 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- • Claim ownership of logos
- • Prevent us from generating similar designs
- • Sublicense to others
- • Use for competing AI services
- • Register logo design as trademark without permission
- • Resell logo generation services
4.5 No Uniqueness Guarantee
- • Logos may not be unique
- • Other users may receive similar outputs
- • No guarantee of originality or exclusivity
4.6 Trademark Matters
You may trademark your team name with our written permission. Contact support@teamlogo.ai.
4.7 Copyright Notice
Purely AI-generated content may not be copyrightable under current law. Your usage rights are contractual, not copyright-based.
5. Acceptable Use
You May
- • Use Service for lawful purposes
- • Generate logos for teams/organizations
- • Use logos commercially per license
You May NOT
- • Violate laws or regulations
- • Infringe intellectual property rights
- • Generate illegal, hateful, or violent content
- • Reverse engineer AI models
- • Create multiple accounts for free credits
- • Automate interactions (bots/scripts)
- • Resell logo generation services
- • Harass or harm others
Violations may result in account termination.
6. Generation Credits
- • New accounts: 200 free credits
- • Credits used as: New (3), Remix (2), Edit (1)
- • Non-refundable once used
- • Never expire
- • Non-transferable
7. Payment and Billing
- • Processed via Stripe
- • Must provide accurate billing info
- • Prices in USD
- • You're responsible for applicable taxes
Refunds
- • Credits: No refunds once used
- • Unused credits: May be eligible within 7 days
- • Merchandise: See Refund Policy on Pricing page
8. Intellectual Property
The Service (website, AI models, features, branding) is owned by TeamLogo.ai and protected by IP laws.
9. Your Responsibilities
Trademark Compliance
You are responsible for:
- • Conducting trademark searches
- • Not infringing existing trademarks
- • Registering your own trademarks if desired
TeamLogo.ai does NOT:
- • Conduct trademark searches
- • Guarantee trademark availability
- • Provide legal advice
- • Warrant logos are free from third-party rights
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TeamLogo.ai from claims arising from:
- • Your use of logos
- • Trademark/copyright infringement
- • Violation of these Terms
- • Your commercial activities
10. AI Technology Disclaimers
Our AI:
- • May produce unexpected results
- • Cannot guarantee 100% originality
- • May generate similar content for different users
- • Continues to evolve
We do NOT warrant:
- • Logos meet your specific needs
- • Service is uninterrupted or error-free
- • Logos are suitable for trademark registration
- • AI outputs are legally compliant everywhere
11. Service Availability
We may:
- • Modify or discontinue features (with notice)
- • Update AI models
- • Change pricing (30 days notice)
Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
12. Termination
By You
Stop using anytime. Contact support@teamlogo.ai to delete account.
Upon termination:
- • Keep previously downloaded logos
- • Forfeit unused credits (unless eligible for refund)
By Us
We may suspend/terminate if you:
- • Violate Terms
- • Engage in fraud
- • As required by law
13. Disclaimers
SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
We disclaim warranties of:
- • Merchantability
- • Fitness for particular purpose
- • Non-infringement
- • Accuracy or reliability
- • Uniqueness or legal protectability
Use at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
TeamLogo.ai is NOT liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
- • Trademark/copyright claims from your use
- • Damages exceeding amount paid in past 12 months
15. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: Australia / New Zealand
Arbitration Agreement:
Disputes resolved through binding arbitration (except small claims, IP disputes, injunctive relief).
You waive right to jury trial and class actions.
16. Third-Party Services
We integrate with:
- • Stripe (payments)
- • AI/ML providers
- • Analytics services
We're not responsible for third-party services.
17. Privacy

18. Modifications to Terms
We may update Terms with notice via:

- • Updated "Last Updated" date
Continued use = acceptance of new Terms.
