What You CANNOT Do

Competitive/Prohibited Use
- • Resell logo generation services
- • Include in template marketplaces
- • Use for illegal activities or hate speech
- • Misrepresent as human-designed
- • Use in ways that infringe other trademarks
Trademark Registration
You may trademark your team name/brand (not the logo design itself).
Requirements:
- • Get our written permission first (support@teamlogo.ai)
- • Disclose that logo design is licensed
- • Consult a trademark attorney
TeamLogo.ai does NOT:
- • Conduct trademark searches
- • Guarantee trademark availability
- • Provide legal advice
- • Handle trademark disputes
AI Disclaimer
No Guarantee of Uniqueness
We do NOT warrant:
- • Your logo is completely unique
- • No similar designs will be generated
- • Logo is protectable under copyright
- • Logo doesn't resemble existing designs
AI may produce similar results for similar prompts. Other teams may receive visually similar logos.
Copyright Status
Under current Australian and New Zealand law, purely AI-generated content may not be copyrightable. Your usage rights are based on our license agreement, not copyright law.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TeamLogo.ai from claims arising from:
- • Your use of licensed logos
- • Trademark infringement related to your use
- • Your violation of license terms
- • Your commercial activities
License Termination
Your license terminates if you:
- • Materially breach these terms
- • Use logos for illegal purposes
- • Misrepresent ownership
Upon termination:
- • Cease all use immediately
- • Delete logos from your materials
- • Discontinue new merchandise production
- • Existing inventory may be sold until depleted
